windshield wipers do not work sometimes

when I turn on the wipers they do not work sometimes and sometimes they do

Hi,
Make sure the connector to the motor is clean and tight. Also, when they do not work check to see if there is power to the motor. If there is, the motor is going bad. If there is no power, the switch may be the problem.
