I REPLACED ONE OF THE AIR CLEANER OUTLET TUBES AND WHEN I STARTED IT , IT IDLED VERY HIGH SO I TOOK IT AROUND THE CORNER ,I PUT IT IN GEAR AND WITHOUT GIVING IT GAS IT WAS GOING 15 MILES AND HOUR.WHEN I PUT IT IN PARK IT IDLED LIKE I WAS GIVING IT GAS . PLEASE HELP.ITS A 5.0 LITER ENGINE.

Hi:
Did this problem exist prior to replacing the tube? If not, it sounds like there is an air restriction on the tube or where you have attached it. If you restrict the air, it's compensated with fuel which will cause this problem. Also, if you remove the tube, does it idle correctly?
