1994 Ford E-Series Van broken bolt help

I went to change the thermostat and broke the head of the bolt off in the housing. It is now stuck, won't budge. tryed everything including heat. What do you suggest I do now.? Its my only ride.

Hi there, you will have to carefully center drill th bolt and remove it with a stud extractor, or drill and re tap the original hole, but if you try this you must take extreme caution not to drill off center.
