1990 Ford E-Series Van V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My 1990 ford e-250 failed smog, the CO % at 25 mph failed, but passed at 15 mph. It passed every thing else, I want to know what I could do befor I send the money for a re-test.

if your service engine lightisn't on, then change teh oil and filter, maybe the air filter if dirty. After doing that drive at least 10 miles preferably on the exspressway and then take it to get tested. It should pass...
