1990 Ford E-Series Van V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

what causes imy van to shake in high and overdrive? i've replaced the plugs,d. cap, rotor, coil, tranmission (salvage yard)

Is it only at a certain speed? Have you done the basics like tire balance, check for a shifted belt in a tire, bent rim, universal joints?
