the power windows work very weak they need help up or down ,this van is new to me so not sure how long this has been going on?

try taking the door panel off and lubing the rollers and the gear on the power window. you only need to smear some grease on the gear. then spray some silicone in the runners on teh ends of the windows when you have them down. that usually takes care of it...

sounds like power window motors are about shot or the tracks are just rusty/dirty and need lubrication. remove door panels and lube them up to see if it helps.
