1986 Ford E-Series Van Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Will 16.5" from a 1979 E350 van, fit on a 1986 E350 with 16" rims?

They will fit ONLY if the rim bolt pattern is the same rim is NOT any wider than the ones on it(wont clear the brake calipers) and then if the tire size you choose to use will fit in the wheel well without the tire hitting the top of the well or the outside of the well when you make turns all the way in one direction or the other
