ford recommends 5/20, when I got the car it had 100,ooo on it, and I was told it had 10/30 in it, I started running 5/30 because of a start up tap, what is the best viscosity I can run with the current milage of 130,ooo, does the milage even matter? Thank you for your time.

doesnt really matter but as the engine wears people usually will use a thicker oil to promote better wear on the engine and cover up noises.
