2004 Ford Crown Victoria V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 53.000 miles

Shows code obdII code po128. It says coolant sensor. I bought one but cannot find it anywhere. This is my inlaws car so I am not real familar with it. Any help would be great.

The coolant sensor is on the front of the left head below the intake manifold. If you remove the alternator, you should be able to see it.
