i have a 2003 crown victoria. it was formerly used as a police interceptor. a problem that started off as a minor annoyance, is becoming a major concern: regularly, and with increasing frequency, my headlights, radio, and air conditioning will lose power. not all 3 simultaneously, but independent of each other. whether it is the headlights, radio, air conditioning, all 3, or some combination, the power cuts off and returns randomly. i've been told it could be a loose ground, or a bad fuse or relay, or a bad control unit, and the list goes on... what is the problem. i just want 1 simple answer, or at least a short list of possibilities.

Most common problem is ground wire issues, I will send you the locations of ALL grounds. Check the Battery grounds and cluster grounds first.
