2002 Ford Crown Victoria swapping engines

2002 Ford Crown Victoria V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have 2 police interceptor Crown Victoria cars. With 4.6
One is 2/98 and the other is 8/01. Will they swap? I am putting the 98 into the 02 car. If different what would I have to change?

I think 98-02 were the same, look at some of the connectors to sensors, that would be the concern, even the PCM's if needed can be easily swapped.
