Most of the time the Crown Vic starts right up, but every once in a while, you turn the key and nothing...not even a click. I hook up my "Quick-Start" and it fires right off. What do you think...
do I have a weak relay somewhere or something?

Start at the power source, the battery. Make sure the battery terminals are clean, tight, and in good condition. Next, make sure the ground to the engine block is clean and tight.
