2001 Ford Crown Victoria jerk/misfire

I have a jerk/misfire under light acceleration. Seems to run fine under load or heavy accereration. Also has a slight miss when cold. Car is CNG. Miss occurs at 40-60 mph when running even or with additional acceleration.
