2000 Ford Crown Victoria Drive Belt Problem

My drive belt broke so I changed it. I now have power steering fluid coming out around the cap. I know this usually means it is on backwards..so I thought give it a shot. Unfortunately it doesn't go on at all, any other way. Any/all help is appreciated.

if you lost the belt P/S fluid will over flow but this is what i have for belt routing
