1999 Ford Crown Victoria sparks coming from crank pulley

changed crank sensor twice my question now can it be a bad timing ring on the crank it sparks all over crank pulley and affects the timing it is erattic no pattern some time nothing but getting worse some times a bad miss but no codes nothing behind crank pulley all wires ok dont know im stumpped

Check the ground to the engine block.
