Heater problem
1999 Ford Crown Victoria V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

We thought the heater hose was leaking but upon attempting to remove heater hose from the fitting that connects to the manifold the fitting came out. It has real fine threads and looks like it had been put in with some kind of thread sealer. We tryed screwing it back in but it seems to just go all the way in and leaves no threads available to screw it in. Can someone tell us any thing about the replacement or repair of this heater hose connector to the manifold?

Does it appear to have been pressed in? Can you take pictures and upload them for me to see?
