1997 Ford Crown Victoria Mech cannot detect probelm

Have this car presently at shop with 2 master mech with much expericance the story goes like this, car running fine, I changed oil, cleaned the battery cable of rust on neg side only. After starting it up, the engine idiels fine, yet, it dogs out when giving it gas and it will not get any power. The mech and went through and triple check all normal problems yet, come up with no answer. Please advise if possible?

recheck the battery connections and replace terminal ends if you have to. also try unplugging mass air flow sensor and see if that makes it ruyn better, if it does then replace it.
