I have 96 crown victoria and I drove my car saturday morning and it started up fine. I went back to start it and it would not start. The engine is trying to start but it just want start. My fuel pump is coming on. I have a intake manifold leak that is leaking water where my back spark plug is at and it was filled with water. Could that be the problem to why my car not starting because the spark and the spark plug wire is wet? Or What could it be if that's not the problem? Thanks for the help

I need to know if you have spark to the spark plugs or not? If you would take some throttle body cleaner and spray it in the throttle body and then see if it starts and dies. Get back to me.

First on the coil on the right side (passanger) make sure the orange wire with the tan stripe has power. If so then make sure that tan wire with the light green stripe on the other coil has power. Let me know what you find and then we will check the cam shaft sensor ok.
