1995 Ford Crown Victoria Headlights

1995 Ford Crown Victoria V8 140000 miles

When I turn my headlights switch, my headlights and dashboard lights do not come on. I have tried all the fuse and they work just fine. I do have brake lights when I press down on the brakes.

Believe switch is the culprit assuming fuses are good
