HOW DO I STOP THE NOISE IN THE FRONT END WHEN I MAKE A TURN AND GET IN & OUT OF CAR. WHEN IT RAINS THERE IS NO NOISES

Check sway arm bushings shock bushings... Try spraying them with a penetrating oil to see if it stops. Let me know what you find.
