The air bag light is blinking. Need to know problem when light blinks once, then twice and method of fixing indicated problem.

I think it may have to deal with a blown fuse. I'm not a mechanic, and don't know how to safely check an air bag fuse.

(on closer inspection this guide says for 94+ but the blinking is a code)
