MY CROWN VICTORIA 1992 HAS TARTED WOBBLING AT LOW SPEEDS IT DRIVES GREAT WHEN YOUR GOING 45 ARE ABOVE I HAVE NEVER REPLACED THE BRAKES IN THE REAR BUT HAVE HAD THEM INSPECTED AND THEY LOOK FINE I HAVE REPLACED TE FRONT BRAKE LINES AND CALAPORS AND ROTORS AND KEEP THE CAR TUNED UP BUT CANT FIGUR OUT WHERE THE WOBBLING COMES FROM IT ALSO REALLY WOBBLES WHEN I AM TURNING SHARP GOING SLOW I HAVE NOTICED.
THE OTHER PROBLEM I HAVE IS MY SPEED ODMETER SEEMS LIKE WHEN IT RAINS IT GOES ALL OVER THE PLACE FROM 5 TO 85 BACK AND FORTH WHEN IT DRIES UP IT STARTS WORKING OK

Thats sounds kinda funny. I think it could actualy be that your engine is wobbling making the whole car woble. But this is because your engine might be burning coolant/water. But lets hope its not. When you leave your car running and you open the hood do you see your engine move rough alot from side to side?
