1992 Ford Crown Victoria 52 airbag code how to clear

I have a 52 airbag code coming up. I had the battery out of the car for awhile so it trip the low volt code. The battery was out of it for about a year. I need to know how to clear the code.

If the problem is still there, it will need repaired and then reset with a scanner.
