I have just replaced the starter, and I do not believe that is the problem. When I turn the key, it clicks a bunch of times, with no result. I would appreciate any help!

Here's what I Found with my Crown Vic. The 30A starter/alternator fuse was blown after my alternator gave up the ghost.

If it clicks. That is a sign that the battery is weak or you have a loose partial connection in the battery to started connection usually.
Try a booster start pack, or battery charger, or switch with a known fully charged top post battery.
Check the battery cables for corrosion and that they are clean and tight. Also check the positive wire that goes to the starter. The nut could be loose.
