1985 Ford Crown Victoria wont start

replaced ecm, roter cap ,roter botton, plugs, turn over fine but acts like it is not fireing good spark from the coil (also replaced) but i can not see a spark at the plugs (pulled one and turned over motor) but could feel it (got shocked). Any ideals.

Check the pickup in he dstributor, and the module on the left fender. Also see if there is sideplay in the distributor shaft.
