1985 Ford Crown Victoria V8 Automatic

I Have An 85 Ford Crown Victoria, Every Time I Crank It Up, It Shuts Right Off. SO WHAT I DO WHEN IS AFTER TURNING MY IGNITION, I IMMEDIATELY PUT MY FOOT ON THE GAS. IF THAT WAS NOT DONE MY CAR WOULD SHUT OFF. WHEN I COME TO THE RED LIGHT MY CAR WOULD SHUT OFF. THEREFORE I HOLD BOTH THE BRAKE AND GAS PETAL. Its Not Getting Any Better, In Fact It Is Getting Worst. Can Anyone Help Me PLEASE?

NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAS COME ON. I HAD IT IDLED UP, IT WORKED A LITTLE BETTER, SEEMS LIKE IT HAS GONE DOWN HILL FROM THERE. WHEN LOOKING FOR VACUUM LEAKS WHAT SHOULD I BE LOOKING FOR? AS FAR AS I KNOW I DONT HAVE BUT A POWER STEERING LEAK FROM WHERE IT IS VISUABLE ON THE THE GOUND? COULD THERE BE SOMETHING STOPPED UP?
