1984 Ford Crown Victoria starting fluid

Car only starts when I use starting fluid in the throttle body. After that it runs fine all day until the next day. Then I have to use the fluid again. Can't figure it out.

Do you hear the fuel pump come On when key at run position?-if not look for power on the orange wire on the fuel cut off inertia switch, no power there test out the fuel pump relay-if relay checks out its coming from the computer-
