1999 Ford Cougar Intake Value

The value seat came loose and was destroyed. I can clean up the combustion camber and I can order a new seat. The head is Aluminum. How can I anchor the seat so it will not come out again?
I have put a straight edge across the head and block and everything looks good.

These are not things you attempt yourself. You send the head out to a machine shop.
