When I drive over 20 MPH I hear a rubbing coming from my wheel well, It does this when I go straight or slightly turn left (like on the highway) or if I am making a turn. It has cause my right tire to shred on the inside 2 times, the allignment is not that off and has be done. The vehicle is front wheel drive.

If you have had an alignment, the problem should have been discovered there! Has the car been in an accident?
