My girlfriends car has recently been pulling to the side pretty hard on the highway when hitting the brakes at 50-65mph. This is still happening after an allignment and rotation of the tires. THe dealership has recommended doing an engine mount repair for the front. Does this seem like a good decision to do? The service dept. says they saw a break in the mount. What makes sense with this problem?
thanks

Well if it's a reputable dealer, a bad mount can cuase the engine to shif...but I would also check the condition of the brakes...does the pad wear from side to side look equal? Do the wheels spin freely?
