I have run into a dead end I have a motor that turns over but for the life of me will not start I have checked fuel and spark and getting both of those checked the timing on the camshafts with tdc on number one and they line up perfectly I have replaced the computer with matching numbers I have replaced the ignition module and I have replaced the crank shaft sensor please help 95 ford contour 2.0 4cyl auto trans 81k miles timing belt never broke and has good compression has fuel pressure and a bright blue spark on all plugs brand new battery and good starter

Thank you for the advice I found out something else when I sprayed fluid down the intake and turned it over I got back fire through the intake even though the timing is correct anymore input would be great thanks

Verify that the crank position sensor is properly installed, it also may need to be taken to the dealership to have a crank sensor relearn. Also check hte ignition timing.
Check the distributor cap and rotor for cracks and buildup of carbon. Also check the spark plugs and wires.

Check hte air cleaner box, it may have a hole in it causing the PCV and MAF to malfunction causing hte engine to run roughly maybe even not start.

I was wondering if the temp sensor would cause the problem I was able to read codes off of the pcm at was showing that it cannot read the ect thank you for the info that you been giving me it been helpful in eliminating other areas

The temp sensors would cause a problem, but it still should start, try a new one, they are cheap and easy to replace.
When you put in the new pcm did you get it programed?
