2001 Ford Contour Contour shakes in the morning when cold

Shakes or Wobbles problem
2001 Ford Contour Two Wheel Drive Automatic

It started doing this a couple of days ago and it keeps getting worse... when I start it (mainly in the morning) when cold it shudders or shakes a bit for the first 5 minutes, later i guess it warms up and stops. It doesn't do it while in Neutral only on gear. Got any ideas as of what this may be?

My 1999 Contour does the same thing. I've heard I need to change the transmission screen in it so try that.
