YOU INSTRUCTED ME TO ENSURE THE WINDOW IS IN THE UP POSITION... THE WINDOW IS STUCK IN TNE DOWN POSITION HOW DO I GET THE WINDOW IN THE UP POSITION?

you can remove the door panel with the window down but you will have to get the window up to repair the window motor or regulator. Remove the door panel and unhook the linkage (regulator) from the motor to raise the stuck power window.
