My brother broke his key off in his ignition. We have drilled out the old cylinder and are trying to place the new one in but it doesn't seem to be connecting right? Am i missing something?

Well I guess that depends on what you mean by Drilled Out. If it means that you used a drill and bits, Your in Trouble.

In most cases in order to change the lock cylinder you have to take the steering wheel off.
