2000 Ford Contour Check engine light

My mother in law has a 2000 Ford Contour with a 2.5 v-6. The check engine light keeps coming on and sometimes no performance is lost but occassionaly it stalls but will start back up. Codes are 171,174,190. Fuel pressure is fine as is the regulator. I replaced the upstream o2 sensor and it helped for about 2 weeks. What is fuel rail pressure sensor circuit malfunction(code 190)?
