I bought a 1999 F. Contour sport, hit ever so lightly in the front, have put a new battery on it, all electrical seems to work, sunroof, windows, doorlocks, etc. etc. The fuel pump shut off switch has been reset, reset, disconnected completely, reattached, and reset again. Can hear the fuel pump engage but no 'click' nor 'crank' is heard. What is next?
