I have posted an earlier question and it has not been looked at. I have a 1999 ford contour 2.0 front wheel drive car that has one of the timing belt tensioners that went out. I know this because I have it taken apart to the upper cover. I am stuck at how to remove the harmonic damper bolt. I have seen other posts about locking the engine from rotation, but have not found out where this was done. Did you have to use a special Ford part?
At this point if I can't get the bolt out, I will have to get rid of the vehicle. Any help you can give me is a big help. I am stranded at home until my vehicle is running again.
