1999 Ford Contour brake lights and turn signal

my brake lights and turn signal donot work.I replaced the fuse,and the brake light sensor(on the brake pedal).The back window brake light works and parkinglights work.

Welcome to the site, fuse 23--15 amp in the junction box under the hood, that fuse circuit should be hot with the key on, use a testlite to check if you haven't already. Your lower brake lites and turn signals use the same circuit, just not at the same time. Maybe a problem with turn switch or wiring circuit?
