I have a 98 Ford Contour, and it was really cold the other day (-15 C), and I cleaned the ice off of my wiper blades before using them. I used them and they worked fine, but I think some ice got caught between the arm and the hood. Now the wiper blades do not work, but a clicking noise can be heard under the blades by the hood. I can actually see a piece clicking back and forth when I look down between the grated part. The noise is like every 5 seconds or so. I can manually move the wiper blades too, so I think they might have gotten knocked off a piece that connects them to the motor or something. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
