1998 Ford Contour Tight brakes

Brakes problem
1998 Ford Contour 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I just had new pads and rotors put on and new passenger side caliper. the brakes were good at first, then started to tighten and won't loosen up. what would cause it?

Could be a sticking caliper piston, collasped brake hose acting like a one way check valve or the ABS system
