1998 Ford Contour Need Help

My MAF was replaced on my car and now it attempts to start, the airbag light flashes, the car is locked park position and the radio does not come on. Please help.

Are the brake lights working? It could be a bad fuse. The brake light switch actuates the park lock solenoid. It may power the radio too. As far as the MAF, was the car running before?
