1998 Ford Contour humming noise in coil pack

My car has a humming noise coming from the coil pack area. It is draining the battery over night. Could this be the starter relay switch or the egnition switch. Please let me know.

Coil pack area or fuses and relay area
remove one fuse at a time until it stop
check what that fuse control

need manual CHECK IT @
