1998 Ford Contour grinding

Recently today every time my car takes a turn at almost the full extent of the turn i hear a loud grinding noise coming from the front of my car. When i straighten my car out the noise instantly goes away. What do you think I can do to get rid of this? thanks.

Sounds like a CV joint gone bad check them out. Look for a torn boot if you do dirt has entered the joint and damaged .
