1998 Ford Contour flasher not working or hazardous

1998 Ford Contour 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My turning signals just went out on me and my hardous flasher dont work either what do i have to do, is there a switch that needs to be replace or just a fuse, and if so where is the switch at?
