Brakes problem
1998 Ford Contour 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I'm having a problem with my brakes. The brake pedal depresses all the way when the car is on and provides very little braking. I just replaced my brake fluid and the brakes are only a few months old. The brake pedal depresses very little when the car is off. What should I do?
