My son was attempting to install a new stereo and the main power wire (which he forgot was not taped off) touched the metal casing around the stereo while we were driving to get more 7.5 fuses to replace the ones he had blown.
The entire car lost power and it will not take a jump start.
PLEASE HELP!

Sounds as another fuse blow
check fuses all fuse
check fuse # 34, 28 and 32 in interior fuse panel
located under left side of dash
also check fuses and links under hood beside battery in the relay black box
