1997 Ford Contour Intake Manifold

Engine runs rough. Especially when cold. checked vacuum, no vacuum at manifold. Guessing either gaskets or since it's plastic, maybe cracked. A lot of work involved so I want to be sure. Any ideas?

i would suspect a vaccum leak since there is absolutely none at the manifold?

try attaching it to another hose and see.

take a can of carb cleaner and start the vehicle and spray around the manifolds gasket and throttle bod and manifold itself, idle should increase if theres a leak.
