1996 Ford Contour Horn Stopped Working

Hello...

My Horn just stopped working, I checked fuse and horn relay both OK, horn works when I use the FOB to lock doors and it also works when I push the panic button on the FOB. Any suggestions would be greatly apreciated...

Is there any noise that comes from it when you use it? has the Air Bag light come on?

No noise at all, and airbag light does not come on...

My guess is the "clock spring" in the steering wheel is bad. Usually, the air bag light will come on with it.
