1996 Ford Contour V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The high mounted brake light in my rear window will not shut off once I turn off the car. The other brake lights are not staying on. How can I fix this?

The high mount brake lite works straight off the brake switch. I'd check the brake-lite switch.
