1996 Ford Contour clutch problems

I have replaced clutch master and slave cylinder. I have no tension on pedal (as in it goes to floor; no resistance). There is chance friction plate was not put on facing right direction, if this can be a problem.

did you try bleeding the hydralics first? can you see the clutch fork move when pressing the pedal down? i dont think you can install the clutch disc backwards as it wont bolt down. id be looking and double checking the hydraulics first. let us know how you make out or if you need further assistance
